Phone gets slammed down on you

A friend of mine recommended that I contact La Fontana for my reservation for our family reunion (15 of us in Total) and your place seemed ideal with being close to the dinosaur park, Kruger etc. <br> <br> My friend told me to speak to Christener (The manager). Perhaps I got the wrong name because when I called there was no one there by that name, So I asked to then speak to the manager. The man on the phone (I will not say gentile man as he was very far from that and just downright rude!) told me \ this is the manager and hello and good bye\" putting the phone down in my ear. Blood boiling I called the cell number my friend gave me.
