La Dolce Vita Guest House - False Advertising

We booked a weekend away at La Dolce Vita Guest House in Hartebee****rt Dam. They claim to be a 4 star establishment. They demand full payment on check in. We found the room to be pocky and in need of repair. The luxury room be booked had a full view of the dam. Reality the view to the left was of the neighbours wall and to the right a glimps of the dam. Dirty carpets and cupboards. Paint pealing. Holes in the walls. Room small and not what is diplayed on photo. Nothing 4 star but they charge 4 star rates. Need to mention the staff at the front desk and service in restaurant excellent. The accommodation on the other hand poor and not fit for even a one star rating. The photos on the internet is carefully photo shopped and very misleading. It spoilt our entire weekend. We did not get what we paid for. The owner was not present the entire weekend thus could not complain.
