la Dolce Vita

I'm disappointed with my experience at La Dolce Vita in Hartebee****rt Dam.<br> <br> I had booked two nights for our wedding anniversary. We were promised champagne, chocolates and room decorated with rose petals on arrival but there was none of that. What upset me even more, the owner offered to make it up to us by giving us champagne and chocolates, which is what we had paid for in the package. <br> <br> I'm amazed at the unprofessionalism we experienced with the faulty jacuzzi. <br> <br> It's one of the main features sold to us when we make a booking <br> <br> Ok well and good, such things happen however professionals in the hospitality industry are quick to apologize and correct it, including moving you to another room with working facilities. <br> <br> It took three hours for then to attempt to rectify this. This shouldn't even be under discussion but we find ourselves negotiating with you. It's disappointing and absolutely unacceptable. <br> <br> I paid in full beforehand because I was sold a great package and unfortunately you have failed to live up to that standard.
