Bad service La Dolce Vita guesthouse hartebees

<p>We booked to stay for one night with my partner, the room we were booked in smelled too bad and the only thing they said was we should use air freshener. I even got a terrible headache from the smell. When we asked for our money back so that we can leave, it became an issue. We were told to wait for 4hrs for the manager to come and refund us where as we paid cash. The manager Dion was very rude on the phone. I would never ever recommend it to anyone.</p>
