Wedding venue nightmare

It was my fathers wedding this weekend. There were open lights placed on the ground with no warning to children, only the globes attached to the wire. When we got to the bar area they only had Hunters dry, Savanna and Beer , cool drinks Coke and Sprite. We ordered a bottle of wine and they punched the cork inside the bottle. The wine did not even come out, when we complained about this we got an attitude back. The waiters were untrained and the barmen did not even know what some of the shooters were called, we had to show them which bottles. <br> When it was time to dish up there were no lights available to even see what you were dishing. The buns were so hard you could kill someone with them if you threw them, there were no knifes available to cut them or to put butter on them. For the amount of money my father paid this was an disgrace. There was arrangements made for wooden floors to be laid out for the dance floor, this was not done and when my father complained the owner said that they did not pay for this extra but no one informed them of this, they thought it was arranged. All the tables had to be moved. I would not recommend any one to make use of this venue ever!!!!
