Owner Horror

I would like to express my shock at the way the owner of this establishment treated me...she screamed and shouted and banged her hands on the desk. The card machine was not working and she refused to give me my dog until I paid. Fortunately my mom was with me and she had some cash. I told her that I was going to find another parlour and her response was nothing short of disgraceful from an owner of a business.
