Proceed with caution Rate is R2 350 per night, but this is not the real cost
Proceed with caution Rate is R2 350 per night, but this is not the real cost. You are charged an additional R600 admin fee and a R1 000 breakage/disturbance deposit on top of that. We were told all appliances were in perfect condition this was inaccurate. The dishwasher did not wash properly, appliances were worn, and an iron that was requested and promised was never provided. Issues are redirected rather than resolved. Guests must clean the unit themselves while still risking extra charges, and the R1 000 deposit takes weeks to be refunded. Too many rules and penalties, poor service, and not guest focused. Would not recommend.
