Poor client care and after sales service
LA cars is a dealershiop in Meyerton and have a branch in Vereeniging. I purchased a VW polo from them and have received everything but honesty after buying. Promise of spare keys was only a promise. License and and number plates have taken until the temporary permit expires. When querying was told they have not even started yet. I do not recommend purchasing from them at all

I had to eventually pay for the license myself and had the number plates made. I was told they would refund me. But a week later and still nothing. The owner phoned me and asked me to remove my comment on this site. But I said sure once all the promises made have been met. All the phone calls the most used words to me was Don't stress. I cannot believe that a company can treat their clients in such a way. Luckily for other people who want to buy vehicles there are many other dealerships to choose from.
