Follow up to Disgusting & absolutely horrifying service from LA Cars in Meyerton

After posting my review on LA Cars on July 1st, I was contacted within 2 hours to try and resolve my queries.

Mervin Naidoo had contacted me and advised he would personally see that I receive my number plates, LOG book and spare keys for the vehicle I purchased in April. He delivered a new permit to me and promised that it would be resolved within 3 weeks which is the validation period for the temporary plates.

He did advise me that the dealership still owed monies to the previous owner of the car hence the reason I haven't received any of my registration docs. Since April i was **** to my the rest of the consultants at LA Cars namely Owen and Kaylen - this is horrifying.

After the 3 weeks, I was presented with yet another permit and same was said that it would be resolved by the time this permit expires. I have 1 week left on this current permit and now i can't seem to get a hold of anyone. Mervin Naidoo was so very helpful up until 2 days ago as i can't get a hold of him. Naturally, Owen Govender doesn't answer any calls - pathetic!!

So in a weeks time i will have an expired permit, which is probably the 5th or 6th permit i have received and still broken promises.

Time to get the Motor Industry Ombudsman involved.
