7 months and STILL waiting...

It's been almost 7 months since i purchased my vehicle at LA CARS in Meyerton and to date i have still not received the licence plates, log book nor spare keys.

I am trying to get a hold of the sales consultant, Owen/Dillan to get me new temporary permits (i think i've been issued about 10 permits already) and can't seem to get a hold of him anymore.

This has been going on too long and the dealership simply does not care. I am paying monthly for a car that does not even belong to me. God forbid, if i am involved in an accident, the insurance will not pay out because the car DOES NOT BELONG TO ME YET!!!

I cannot even begin to explain my frustration with this dealership - it's been months and they still owe the previous owner of the vehicle monies. Just this week i spoke to Owen/Dillan and he says they owe about R50k on the car.

How does one pay for a car (me) and the dealership doesnt pay the previous owner of the car??????????????????????????????????????????????? Seems like the dealership pockets all the cash and leaves us hanging - **** much?

My log book, my licence plates and spare keys is all i ask for. But all i get is lies and stories of sales consultants ending up in hospital (2nd time i heard this excuse).

Stop the lies and the avoidance. Give me what was promised!
