What does HOSPITALITY mean?

We hosted a 21st birthday party on January 23, 2016, at La Campagnola. The venue is divine and waitrons service was excellent. The owner and her son, however, are another matter entirely. I have NEVER met such inhospitable people in my life! Their attitude is nothing short of surly and unfriendly. The owner, Anna, marched around the restaurant like a militant despot, with a dish towel over her shoulder the whole night. She was overheard, by one of our suppliers, before the event, to be bad-mouthing us. She has no idea how to set a table and argued with me about the placement of the wine glasses. She insisted they go above the plate instead of above the knives! After asking her to PLEASE STOP moving the glasses around, she walked off in a huff. There's not enough space to write down the entire unpleasant episode, suffice to say, we will NEVER go back there! <br> Hospitality ~ Noun - Synonyms: friendliness, hospitableness, welcome, warm reception. Definitely NOT something you'll experience at this restaurant!!
