OREDERED AND PAYED FOR PARCEL WENT MISSING

I ordered and pay for cinnamon oil from La Bonne Vie - Mrs Brigott Harvie . The parcel was handed in at the Clareich Post Office at 14.01 on the 10th Dec. 2015 and received at Cape Mail 20h23.. From their the parcel went missing. After various attempt it could not be found. It is now 2 months and 17 days. I did inform Mrs. Garvie that the parcel went missing. She let me know that she did claim the parcel from the Post Office and as soon as she is refunded she will send me the goods. I do not agree with her and did not want to wait till she is refunded for the claimed parcel. I did pay for the goods and feel that she must sent me the goods that I have ordered. It is not my responsibility that the parcel went missing. The lost parcel is between her and the Post Office. I should have received my goods and she must claim the missing parcel. I feel that she must send me the goods immediately or refund me. I have waited nowlong for ordered and pay goods.
