Poor Communication and non-delivery

I'm sad to do this review as my personalised items were finished on 29/11 and advertised on FB but a week later still no delivered. Very poor communication, no updates and only when I enquire do I get short messages with no specifics. I requested my order for 6/12 as I'm out of town and have been following up with no joy. I have no idea when my parcel will arrive and I'm not at home. The gifts are intended for my grandkids who will be at their ****her for Christmas so we are having an early Christmas with them, but now I will most probably celebrate empty handed, because I have no idea where or when my parcel will arrive, and will most probably be sent back because no one is available to receive it.
