La Bola gift studio - NOT a gift

The company in question advertised a special on teacher's gifts which I ordered as gifts for end of the year for my kids' teachers. That was in October. They said 14 working days. Thanked me for my order etc. Then 1st of Dec I sent a whatsapp. Annika said she never received proof of payment. I sent it again. She said she will sort it out and send it ASAP. I have sent numerous voice notes and messages. On the 15th of Dec she said she is on her way to courier company to send it off. Needless to say I didnt need it anymore as schools were closed. Anyway. Still waiting. Not answering my messages
