Bad customer service

Ordered a birthday gift for a friend. Facebook page says 14 day turnaround time. A month later, when I inquired about my order, Annika claimed she did not receive a proof of payment, untrue. I sent it again and she was all apologetic and promised my order will be shipped soon. A week after that I had to inquire 2 more times (once ignored/unanswered) before receiving my order. Very bad customer service. Very bad communication. Doubt if I will ever use them again or recommend them to my friends. Such a shame, as they actually have nice products.
