slow service

My friend invited me to breakfast on Thursday15th Oct. she decided to go to Kned byt i opted for La Bien in Haasendal mall as the advert on website was attractive all special a they had for each day...the welcome was good...our waiter name was Blessing..wearing a Zevenwacht apron...no smiles...the tea we ordered was very hot abd appeasing ...we ordered omelette but sorry it arrived fairly cold with 1 small slice if ciabatta with real butter wrapped in a piece of paper...i ordered a wood fried chorizo pizza but advised him its for a take away...while we were eating the puzza arrived but already cold...the problem the waiter was extremely slow,no smiles;poor communication & he obviously wasnt checking up if his order was ready to be served... the place didn't feel clean like it could do with a nice sweep;mop & dusting... i didnt feel at home so to speak all i took away was the beautiful crockery and the lovely hot tea but service was slow & a let down so i will not be returning anytime soon to La Bien sorry...we gave the waiter a tip...
