Worst customer care

The worst spa I have been to in my life. As a beauty the****** myself we are taught to always put the client first, this is not the case with this clinic where all they want from you is more money. My mother purchased a voucher of R450 for me to use at my earliest convience (This to me is no small gift). This useless place and its rude the******s/ owners require you to use it within 4 months (You purchase a voucher for someone so they can use it at their most convienente time, most places also have a 1 year period in which the voucher is valid) and refuses to make any compromises after i said I'd pay in the difference for a massag she seemed more willing to make a consession so the money greedy therapis/ owner checked her prices and said the treatment is 430 and realised she would not be making more money out of me and then went back to refusing to make any consecion. I stated I would not be back where she followed up with "thats fine don't come back". Any other place would atleast try to appologise or try to make some compromise. This just proves to me how unproffesional your company is and I assure you I will be warning any and all people I can against your horrible and rude establishment.
