Recycling ABS plastic - Tebogo Mo***eng

We were contacted by Tebogo Mo***eng regarding recycling of Plastic sheets (ABS) in April 2017. He claimed to be working for EBF Plastics, who closed down. According to his email, he will be collecting the one day and payment will be done the following day. He collected the plastic from us and we received an email from him on the 11th of April stating he will be coming the same day to make the payment. This is now August 2018 - more than a year, and still we are awaiting payment. We contacted him numerous times via his cell number ********** 667 and office number 011- ********** as well as emails. He came with such stories as that he mixed our plastic with someone else's, then he would come the next week, then end of the month, asking for Bank details to do transfers. We are still waiting.
