Poor service

<p>Bought a Tandem Ratel Petrol lawnmower on advic eof the sales woman just before Christmas,used it once to cut maybe a third of the lawn,refused to start again,contacted the sales woman,and said bring it back,when I said dont want it,as this is going to give me many problems in future. was told we dont work with secondhand products,I dont want it \as it has proven to be unreliable,took it back,and was told by this same person that she tired of my S...........Not once did I raise my voice or belittle her in ant manner,was actually very calm.Waste of R5500.Dont want it.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
