I worked for L Properties for almost 2 years, I had sold many houses for the company , after getting a better offer on a commission split I decided to leave the company. I was going to resign on the Monday , but on the Saturday Lorraine Manning paid me to much commission on a deal that registered, so I gave her a call and immediately paid over the amount that was to much, On the Monday Myself and my colleague resigned, we were asked to leave immediately , which we did , To make a long story short, she paid out my colleagues money , but refused to pay me , I went to an Attorney and I was informed that I have no foot to stand on to ever get money, She owes me +- R120000 in commission. The sad thing is I am not the only agent that this has happend to , there are many agents that never get there money once they leave , and so the Principles enrich themselves from other peoples hard work. This women has no Integrity what so ever , don't be fooled by her sweet talking tongue, she will promise you the moon and stars and you will get the opposite . Before you do business with her or even think of working for her , think twice
