L Properties is totally unprofessional

I rented a flat(unit 105 St Anne's on Bradford Road Bedford Gardens) managed by L Properties from 01/09/2019 to 31/10/2019. I am totally dissatisfy with their services.

During a hail storm, one of the window broke in March 2019 - When we moved out on 31/10/2019 the window was still not fixed even though they had agreed to fix it.

The sink and bath tub drains were blocked because steel pipe were used to join plastic drain pipe. The steel pipe rusted and blocked the drain. For a week, we not not use the bath tub because the drain were blocked. I had to speak to one of the complex trustees to get it fixed because L properties was doing nothing about it.

We have move out but as of today, 02/12/2019, I still have not received by deposit back and the owner of L properties is avoiding my calls when I call to ask for my deposit back. It has been more than 1 month that I have moved out and L Properties is dragging its feet to reimburse my deposit.

L properties is claiming that it is the owner of the flat (Jason Scully - ***)who does not want to pay back the deposit and we do not have the contact details of the owner of the black. They are totally unprofessional and I will never recommend to anyone to use their services and stay away from this flat.
