Very bad experience

It was very unfortunate for me to appoint L Moleyes Builder & Plasteres to build my wooden house. This company may be run by the same owner of WJ Wendy House and WJ Construction House. Starting with the cost: while the construction is in progress, the initial quote becomes insufficient to cover the cost of the materials, so you must pay the extras if you want the job to be carried on. Its employees are very careless and not attentive to the details, at all. For them and their employers the important is to carry on regardless of the quality of the job done. The company is very poorly equipped: for example, the use of a nail guns in the indoor wood is not known to them, utilizing instead nails and hammers. The result is that the nails are visible and in critical points the wood is also cracked. The electrician and the plumber are unprofessional: the intervention of another company was needed to sort out malfunctions and bad job done by them. They built balustrades with rough wood without being previously sanded and left as it is. A 250 SM roof had been covered with 0,30 mm IBR, which should have been 0,47 mm instead. One of the numerous cheatings I have experienced with that company. At the end of the building, no removal of rubble and ******* was done. Furthermore, the material they use is poor and of second quality to maximise their profits. This company is to be avoided.
