L & M Maintenance: Extremely Disappointing Experience
Our experience with L&M Maintenance was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. While the painting job started off reasonably well, things quickly went downhill due to poor management and a complete lack of professionalism from the owner, Chris. There were multiple days where either only one labourer showed up or no one showed up at all, as the team was reportedly working on the owner’s other projects. A job that was originally projected to take 2–3 weeks has now dragged on for over five months and is still not completed. Communication was virtually nonexistent. At no point did Chris take the initiative to call, provide updates, or attempt to resolve issues. Any communication that did occur was only after repeated attempts on our end, and even then, it was unhelpful. After requesting a refund, we were met with constant excuses and delays. For someone claiming “20 years of experience,” the lack of accountability, organization, and basic customer service was appalling. This has been an exhausting experience, and I would not recommend L&M Maintenance to anyone.
