BE CAREFUL, VERY VERY CAREFUL, don't be STUPID LIKE ME!!!!!

I hired L M Kitchens & Paint Contractors CC to do renovations at my 79sq m unit. The job was suppose to take approximately three (3) weeks. They started on 25 January 2016 and to date, 11 December 2016, the job is not completed. This is extremely frustrating, as I trusted Hennie Jacobs fully. At this stage, he is not answering any off my calls, emails, sms messages and whatsapps. As per quote, he was suppose to put 8mm laminated flooring in my unit, but he installed a 6mm floor and said nothing until I decided that I am fedup with the floor that is not up to standard and took a sample to a laminated flooring place in Alberton and they confirmed that it was 6mm and not 8mm. I paid him for 8mm and not 6mm. His excuse: "It was not on purpose". As the floor is lifting everywhere, he was suppose to correct this. To date, still NOT up to standard. Th cupboard where my geyser is in, was suppose to have a door in, in order to be able to get in without breaking the cupboard. I paid for a door but got NO door!! At this stage I have to break the cupboard in order to get to the geyser. My beautiful bath tap is not working correctly. I do believe that, according to Hennie Jacobs, there is a 10 year warrantee on this tap, but I can not get him to either contact the appropriate people or to give me the information to contact them myself. My lounge has been without curtains for almost a year now as I bought a 3mm rod for this, but they decided to make the rod shorter, why only they will know, so I have to go and buy a new rod, and get somebody to put this up for me. My brand new basin in the bathroom is broken due to a hammer landing in the basin. Hennie Jacobs agreed that his workers broke my basen asd was suppose to put a new basin in, but No new basin supp****. I asked Hennie Jacobs if he was able to install a gas stove in my kitchen and provide me with the appropriate certificate for this to forward to the insurance. Hennie Jacobs said he could, but to date I have NOT received the certificate. They also worked on the electricity, and was suppose to provide me with the electrical complaince certificate, but I also have NOT received this from Hennie Jacobs. The shelve below my wash basin in the kitchen was put in, but is only attached on 3 sides so everytime you put something into the right hand side, everything tumbles as the shelve falls down. Its like humty dumty sitting on a wall. The one cupboard door in the kitchen is put in askew so it does not close properly. And so I can go on for another hour as the list just goes on and on. It is sad to trust somebody with all of your human being, and then to realise that they took you for a ride!! And the best of all of this is: I was so stupid to believe him when he told me that he needed money urgently and asked me if I can pay the remainder of his money, stupid stupid me, believed him when he told me that I can TRUST HIM AND THAT HE WILL NEVER LET ME DOWN, BUT THAT HE WILL FISNISH MY HOME.... stupid supid me.
