L & KUFAS PANELBEATERS KwaMhlanga

I was involved in a car accident last year 05/05/2018 and my car was damaged at the back and needed some panelbeating. On the 1st of September 2018 I took the car to L & KUFAS PANELBEATERS KwaMhlanga and the guy promised to finish it within 3 months. The quotation was R15 000.00, I payed a deposit of R5000.00 on the 1st of September 2018 and he ask me to pay another R5000.00 and the remaining amount I’ll pay it the day I’ll come and collect the car, I paid another R5000.00 on the 8th of September 2018. After 3 months the car wasn’t fixed and when I asked the guy told me there was a strike where he buys material. January 2019 the guy said the strike is over but he doesn’t have money to buy the material and asked me to pay R1500.00 from the remaining R5000.00 so he can go buy what he needed to fix the car and I gave him the money. But again the car wasn’t fixed, he kept on telling excuses and on the 20th Of July 2019 went there asked what’s happening and he told me the money I gave him was not enough to finish the car and asked for another R5000.00 on top of the quotation he gave on the 1st day, he also promised that if I can give him that extra R5000.00 I should come and collect the car on the 10th of August 2019, and I gave him the extra R5000.00. On the 10th of August 2019 I went there, the car was only 50% done and he came up with excuses again. Today is the 21st of November 2019 and the car is not complete, still 50% done and I gave the guy R16 500.00.
