********** debit order

There is a company that have been deducting R95 on my account from January. I called them spoke to a lady who asked for my details I told her I never gave them my details to start with I then gave her the requested details she told me refund will be processed but they couldnt do it on that day the system was offline, I called the following day spoke to the same lady and she asked me for my details again like it was my 1st time calling them I then asked to speak to the manager she said he is not available and the system is offline cant do a refund. Well I kept on calling this company everyday I speak to the same lady who keeps asking for the same info I have given up as I have even spent more than what they are owing me trying to get hold of them. The companys name is VIGILANTE telephone number ********** 295 REF VIGIVIGI7998N . I believe this company is in a business of loading ********** debit orders why else would they refuse with my money??

I didnt notice these debit orders because I only get notification of transaction over R100 and these people are desucting R95.
