Tried to ***** our furniture!! Poor service

they fetched our furniture wen we moved from our previous home and the arrangement was that the furniture gets delivered the same day, anyway it got late and tried calling and oscar the oak who i was dealing with kept making excuses saying there is rain etc. a week later i get an email saying they couldnt bring it because they didnt have another truck and they have placed our stuff in storage which was never the agreement after 3 weeks of waiting we decided to take a drive back of 4 hours when we arrived he sent someone to take me to my stuff we eneded up getting it from a location in a shack in the middle of no where they tried to ***** it because how does it explain it being there. please people dont use this company
