Move on the 29.07.23

Oscar came to our other property for a site visit and actually sold us a dream and only cared about upwelling services, clearly!

Firstly, they messed up the date we had agreed on for deep cleaning at the new property. Despite having paid for the cleaning service, we had to ask our own helpers to intervene and assist and paid them out of our pockets too.

On the day of the move, the team was disorganised and as a result, spoilt what was meant to be a beautiful experience into the worst experience. Beyond what I could have ever imagined. Of course, they had already received their money in full and I could tell that they no longer cared about the customer's experience! Oscar and his team disappeared and till this day none of them have come back to me to apologise. They've moved on.

I would not recommend that this company be used. One star is more than they deserve, if I could I wouldn't even give them a single star.
