L&M Removals: THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

?THE WORST SERVICE EVER! L&M removal company stole my plasma TV, broke & scratched furniture, dismantled furniture & *****s are missing, packed furniture in storage uncovered. They packed (threw is more appropriated) my furniture in 3 square meter storage units, when I unpacked the units and repacked them probably we only needed only 3 unit and the second unit was only 70% full. I could be paying for 3 units if I did not repacked the storage myself.

When they were bidding for the business, they alleged to have an insurance cover, now they plead poverty in the name of "we are a small business". THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY, it took over a week of repeated emails (and photos of the damages his employees have done) for him to respond and he claimed he was off sick. It took another three weeks for him to plead poverty and wants me to file ******** charges against his workers.

No doubt the owner is running a ****, lying about insurance, sending ******* under the auspices of a "removal company employees" and when they are caught he washes his hands off the matter. This company is based in Midrand, please warn customers who may innocently use their services. The weirdest thing is, they were recommended to me by Stor-Age Company. I have also reported the matter to Stor-Age Pty. Ltd company.
