L&M removals pathetic after sales support with damaged suede couch. Shocking! No accountability

After initially great service turned into dismiss service when delivery happened and one of my suede couches got damaged. The celebrity-wishful like company dodged and didn’t bother following up and constantly handled this issue poorly to be honest. A company which has potential but needs to relook their values and what they stand by. We are definitely never using them again.
