Lack of communication & Late Delivery

L&M didn't keep to the agreed delivery time. My biggest grievance with this company was the lack of communication and making it seem as if they're doing you a favour whereas this is a paid service. The delivery crew are fantastic individuals and handled my belongings perfectly. The supervisor, on the other hand, essentially **** about the whereabouts of my belongings and the truck failed to arrive at the agreed date for when my goods needed to be in a different province. Ended incurring unplanned additional hotel bookings and had to miss a flight due to the company not adhering to the agreed date.
