Deleting inventory email for a quote, without reading it or responding.

Terribly disappointed. I filled out an inventory form for a quote on my move on the 25th of March 2022. Today the 19th of April I received a 'not read' email - that this company did not even bothered to open my email, never mind just replying that they could not assist me. I think it is terrible to just ignore a customer and delete a request without even reading it.
