Bad customer service

L&M were unprofessional & have poor customer service- they failed to communicate with me that my truck will not arrive at the expected time, they than decided to use a bigger truck & demanded that I pay for something that wasn’t in our initial agreement- Even the owner failed to respond to my emails or address my concerns- he told me he has a meeting - I am very disappointed- use them at your own risk!
