On the 9th dec 2019 Mr Anthony Matthew from LA Pest controll fumigated my 1 bedroom flat for an infestation of cocroaches that had just started. 10 days later he was called back as the problem had worsened, he acknowledged sprayed something again and left. Today 23 dec 19 he returned after i complained that the problem is still not resolved. He arrived looked around saw the roaches now crawling on the wall in broad daylight and asked me to wait till the 06 jan 2020 when he will return to fumigate again at a cost to me. I explained to him that i refuse to live with roaches. I will call another company and get the matter effectively addressed immediately. He refused to refund me . An invitation has been sent to Mr Matthews to return in 3 days to inspect the premises pest free. Anyone opting to use his services is advised not to.
