L A Mabuza Construction- Owner ***** with money

The owner did some construction work at home.After completing the first job he offered services to complete another job.We agreed and he asked for a deposit which i paid him. Its been 3 months,and he has not come to complete the job.He lies all the time,does not answer his phone and does not go home early in order to get hold of him.<br> He refuse to pay back the money and has a different story everyday.After posting a review on his construction website,he called to say i must remove it hell pay me back the money owed but has since disappeared again.<br> He cannot be trusted and will lie and ***** from you.
