Poor Service at Verulam Traffic Inspectorate.

My son obtained his driving licence on the 5 June 2023. I am calling the Verulam Traffic Inspectorate for some time now. The phones do not work. ***; ***,; ***. There is no email address given for this facility either. All I want to do is check if the licence card is ready for collection. Now remember that we do not receive any notifications from the Traffic Inspectorate at all.

Can somebody please help or advise me.
