Had such a great experience there only for one of your staff members to ***** my mom's phone - due to the non-existent network, mom wasn't using her phone so she was unaware her phone wasn't in her possession. This was right before we left.

An hour later, the lady calls with mom's phone and demands money. We asked for her number so we'll make arrangements for her to return the phone plus an incentive cos she sounded as if she had every intention to return the phone. This girl promised to call with her number cos she "doesn't know" her number off by heart. She never called nor did she keep the phone on. Phone is off & this heifer thinks she's off the hook 😡😡😡😡.. CRAZY THING IS WE KNOW WHO THE SUSPECT IS.. We've been trying to call the game reserve for further assistance and for them to launch an investigation, but to no avail. A beautiful trip has turned everything into sour g****s.
