Poor Maintenance and Frontline Services

Extremely bad attitude from front office reception at Mpila Camp Imfolozi, Hilltop Camp Hluhluwe and Mantuma Camp Mkuze.

I was told today that I couldn't settle my bill until check in at 14h00 while they stand around doing nothing - is this Normal??

And with a Rhino Card the daily charges have gone up and will no longer be accepted at Isimangaliso Wetlands St Lucia from April 2024..

The roads (except for Mkuze) and communal bathrooms 🚻 are in a terrible state, the shower and bath hardly any water... they are more interested in collecting community levies than maintaining the reserves..
