Cape Vidal booking nightmare with no refund

I initially struggled to make a booking for a Camp Site at Cape Vidal. After settling on a date I paid a 50% deposit for June 2020 in high anticipation of a fantastic holiday. We could not visit in June 2020 as the booking fell into the Covid 19 Lockdown period restricting any travel. In June 2020, when it became clear that we could not go, I began trying to get a refund. After many attempts with all the correct information I still have not been refunded. None of my mails have been acknowledged and the phone line is not picked up. I do not even know where to go next as I have copied the entire KZN Wildlife by now.
