Mr Chandony evaluated a property for my late fathers estate. My mum was then badgered into paying the fee before the valuation could be released, they went so far to call her on a Sunday night, as our attorney advised he would be paid of the estate. SInce then Mr Chandony received payment from the estate as well. When this was discovered I contacted him and advised of the double payment. All the necessary proof was sent to him. He acknowledged fault and that the money would be paid back. That was 8 weeks ago. Ever since then he has furnished me with only excuses with no payment. Being in business development I am shocked how a business man can act so *********ly and blatantly ignore the fact that R5000 is owed to a widow. He has a history of property valuations in KZN however I would think twice if he is recommended as this is the situation you will find yourself in
