Poor service

These people own a string of Businesses(panel beaters) but they are refusing to sort out my vehicle which is in their Hammarsdale branch. The owners refuse to liase with their clients and my car has been stuck with them for over a month now. It's sickening how we have been treated and they have no care in the world. Why did you give my original timing chain away without my consent? Why don't you want to fix my car and why are the owners treating clients like ****?
