KZN Supastraight are not good

My budget car insurance recommended KZN Supastraight to repair my car after I had an accident on the 26th of April this year, where only the front left part of the car was damaged. They couldn't take my car immediately after the accident as they said they were fully booked. They ended up taking it mid June and promised to finish repairing it by the end of the same month. After that I was told that the car would be ready last week Friday, only to find out today (21/06/2015) that they haven't even started fixing my car. I am really not sure, who is *********** here between Budget and KZN Supastraight.
