Disappointed
6 months ago we paid for solar installation with the company. To this day he has failed to deliver an up n running system. He doesn't seem to know much about it. Employes freelancers who don't know much about installation. Having problems and not fixing it up. From day 1 kept promising installation date and kept changing it. Refused to reimburse our money. Never came out to see the what type of system would suit the place. Really frustrated

03 Sept 2020, 11:10- A year has gone by and I've had no joy. He lies all the time. He made us pay for another new battery and inverter and he supp**** us with a second hand inverter and no battery. The first one is not functioning because it was installed by someone who didn't know anything about it. He **** that he will take it to mercer for replacement and brought the same one back. He said that he has a team but failed to give us a working system. He sent different electricians who were not fami**** with installation. I am really disappointed and frustrated at his behavior . He even changed his email address. I've handed him over and waiting for an outcome. I switched everything off and the inverter is still running which means he has connected it to eskom. What a **** and cheat. He is still bragging on fb and instagram about installations.

I've got a professional installer to check it out and the whole installation is wrong.He just lies all the time. I'm really frustrated. He is still advertising as a specialist installer. Over a year I've paid him R127000. and no joy from it.

03 Nov 2020, 15:53- He is a *****. In over a year he's collected R127000 from us and haven't been able to give us a working system and he calls himself a solar expert. He just lies all the time.
