Foul play in the Legal Business

Having appointed an advocate to review the case of a drunken driver, who pleaded guilty to speeding and negligence, as well as been intoxicated, 4 times over the limit, lost control of his vehicle, spun 180 degrees then impacting my wife who was on the pavement. Despite her numerous injuries, this youngster ended up only paying R2 500 for all damages and injuries he caused to my wife, who spent 79 days in hospital taking at least 3 years to learn to walk and run again. Obviously there is a great amount of *******ion in the magistrates' court, the same advocate who I appointed for the review has taken a total of R32 000 and has not comp**** with my instructions, having now received the cash, making all the excuses for the High Court hearing and even though I have completed a questionnaire complaining about this so called advocate, it seems as though the complaints I had made to the Disciplinary dept in PMB, falls on deaf ears. In my mind who also appear to be ******* in condoning this advocate, who has made many excuses to myself and promises ranging from loss of the files for the high court, flu, a break in at his cottage, car problems and moving to a new address without notifying anyone else, even though I forwarded his new address to the Disciplinary Department KWAZULU-NATAL PROVINCIAL OFFICE, 1ST Floor, 200 Hoosen Haffejee Stree, Pietermaritzburg

What has happened to the justice system, if any. I will now have to resort to assistance for this to higher authority, perhaps someone will be able to assist.
