RENOVATIONS PAID FOR BUT NOT COMPLETED

We received a quote from Doynton Berry at KZN Projects, in January 2015, to extend our kitchen. We received a fully inclusive quote including granite counter tops. We accepted the quote and paid him in full, BIG mistake.<br> <br> The cupboards were installed but more then 6 wks later the granite was still not installed. After numerous phone calls and emails and poor excuses he finally arranged for a local company to install the granite tops at his expense as we had already paid him in full. <br> <br> In May the local granite supplier that installed the granite contacted us for payment as they never received payment from KZN Projects. We again contacted Doynton to sort the payment out but as usual just promises to make payment within the week. Two weeks later there was still no payment from him. At this stage we had no choice but to pay the granite company (R4800) ourselves otherwise they were going to have to uplift the granite.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
