We took in the car to be fixed as it was involved in an accident. When we fetched the car our original vw mats were ******,the right side of the car lights don't work,service nook and manual was water damaged. We were then given new mats that are not vw mats the fault on the right side is still not fixed but what now has me angry and asking people not to use these guys again is the fact that they have a check list when they book your car in but they don't have one when the car leaves. About 3 months after we picked up the car we started noticing a problem with the car battery. Yesterday we took the car back and Husein confirmed that it is not the battery they booked in. They don't want to correct the theft that happens at their shop. Why would I waste my time and go to a panel beater to claim a battery if it was not swapped at their shop. I am disgusted by kzn panel beaters and I will bring this up with Mi-Way since they gave us the option for this provider that has ******* working for them
