Beware KZN Mobile Mechanic Shane

On Saturday, Shane and Quinton came to assist us in Durban North to get our Renault started. They fiddled with the wires and she started. They charged me R650, which I paid. and they left. A couple of hours later, I wanted to use my car, nut she would not start (same problem as before). I called Shane and he said that they were on a breakdown but would come to us the next day (Sunday). He also suggested we use a cable tie to tie up some wires till they can get to us. We dod not know what wires they were referring to. I waited all day Sunday but they did not come, nor answer their phone. On Monday I called them and Shane said that they do not work on Sundays. Also that I must get a mobile auto-electrician to assist us, as it is a wiring problem. He also said he would charge me a further R300 if he had to come out to start it again for me in order that I drive my car to the closest auto-electrician. So, what did I pay the R650 for?
