VERY BAD SERVICE MR LIQUOR AUTHORITY

I am very disappointed once again of our government for not practice what they preaches, they always saying job opportunities is a problem while other side they are the course of lack of employment by pressing those who try to self employed and creating job opportunities. It has been almost three years now trying to get Liquor licence transferred from my uncle to me, when I call no one pick up the telephone, when I go to their office (120km distance) they telling me difference story like your request not finalize or person who got your file is not at work and not sure when will be back. What make me angry the most is that my uncle he is older now cannot renew the licence this year which means outlet will be close and about 10 people lose a job. Last week Thursday I travel from Johannesburg to Durban (550km) only get an answer saying the person who dealing with your request he is off sick and no one can help you. I wrote an email yesterday to that person as urgently email but what he did just read email and no reply and worse soon they will be closing for holiday. It is difficult here at Mzansi.
