Worst service ever and machine doesn't work

Don't waste your time going here - R16500 was taken from me way before any treatment was started. Machine wasn't working i told the technician repeatedly - they called the repair man - he is yet to pitch up - still waiting for any response or my money back. They will ***** your money and the machines don't work at all - you will spend 4 to 5 hours there as they will constantly try attach the machine when they know its not working. The worst service I have ever experienced and am very disappointed that there are still businesses in SA that ***** your money without giving a service. I won't leave it here.
