Worse experience EVER!

Worse experience atthe Amanzimtoti branch. We madr an appointment and when I get there was turned away with no apology or regard for my time. Both ladies the one that was suppose to domy session and Bianca were extremely rude in telling me that I should leave. I paid for 3 areas for never did any of them with no refund or any kind of apology. If I only read the reviews here before trusting them. They got bad service and don't care it's been a month and nothing,what's worse is there is absolutely no superior to help me, no one within the company. Just don't go there..Bianca was nice when she wanted me to pay even called me but immediately after my payment, it's like she didn't even know my name, they clearly in a business of making money nothing more
